Giuseppe De Falco

Giuseppe has been a Partner of Ughi e Nunziante since 2001.  He has acquired a consolidated experience in banking and finance, in particular, in structured financing in the real estate sector and in derivative instruments. He also has consolidated experience in capital market and financial market law matters, as well as more generally, in Commercial and Corporate Law, also assisting clients in litigation and bankruptcy contexts.

In 2021, following a selection process, the European Commission included him in the list of individuals (including 8 Italians) who may be appointed as arbitrators in disputes arising between third-party Countries and the European Union under the commercial treaties concluded between them.

Giuseppe is a lecturer in several master’s degree courses as well as of university seminars on Banking and Corporate Law. He frequently participates as a speaker in seminars and conferences also abroad and has published numerous articles in specialised journals. He is a member of various international associations of lawyers including the IBA – International Bar Association, the Italian Association of LSE Alumni, the AEDBF – European Association of Banking and Finance Law, the UIA – Union International des Avocats.

Italian mother tongue, he speaks English fluently and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
