Milano Digital Week 2022: Ughi e Nunziante’s events
Ughi e Nunziante – Studio Legale will participate, again this year, in Milan Digital Week, scheduled from Nov. 10 to 14, 2022.
Two round-tables organized by the Firm, in collaboration with Cisco, on November 11 between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., to address a crucial issue of our time: the balance between digital technology and rights.
The first round-table, titled “La Polis 3.0 tra tecnologie ubique e diritti della persona: le nuove regole UE,” curated and moderated by Ughi and Nunziante’s IP, Data & Technology Team Partner Massimiliano Pappalardo, will feature Marco Di Dio Roccazzella, general manager of Jakala S.p.A, of Carmelo Fontana, Senior Regional Counsel of Google, Fabio Florio, Business Development Manager and Leader Cybersecurity Co-Innovation Center of Cisco, and Giovanni Miragliotta, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano.
The second round-table, titled “Tecnologia Digitale, Disinformazione e Democrazie: il ruolo dei social media,” curated and moderated by Ughi and Nunziante’s IP, Data & Technology Team Partner Daniela De Pasquale, will instead feature Giovanni De Gregorio, PLMJ Chair in Law and Technology at Catolica University in Lisbon, also author of “Digital Constitutionalism in Europe,” journalist Marta Ottaviani, also author of the book “Russian Brigades. The Kremlin’s covert war between trolls and hackers,” Director Alex Orlowski, an expert on online propaganda and OSINT, Livia Ponzio, an expert on media and disinformation, and Alice Crippa, Security Consulting Engineer at Cisco.
The meetings, for which live streaming is provided, are open to all.
