Agostino Frau

Agostino focuses on corporate law and M&A. He has developed, in a variety of industries, a consolidated experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies, including multinational groups, both sell-side and buy-side, in acquisition and divestment transactions, transfers of business units, mergers and demergers,  joint ventures, add-on transactions or reorganization and divestment of assets and holdings.

Agostino also deals with commercial contracts, assisting clients throughout the negotiation and definition of, among others, service contracts, real estate leases for commercial use, leases of businesses and their branches.
