Camilla has extensive experience mainly in corporate law and extraordinary transactions, with particular reference to M&A and private equity.
Camilla graduated with honors in both economics, in 2000, and law, in 2004, from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. In 2014, at the same University, she earned a Master’s Degree in Tax Law, Accounting and Tax Planning and an Executive Master’s Degree in National and International Accounting Principles and Tax Discipline. Subsequently, she attended an Advanced Training Course in International Taxation at the National School of Administration.
She was admitted to the Bar in 2008.
