Federico has extensive expertise in M&A and corporate law, as well as employment law, both in and out of court, with a special focus on extraordinary employment transactions, such as collective redundancies and transfers of businesses.
Federico operates at an international level, frequently attends international seminars as panelist and moderator, and has published various articles on specialized journals.

Federico is a member of the Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani (the Italian Employment Law Association).
After obtaining his degree at the Alma Mater University of Bologna (maxima cum laude), he attended a seminar in International Relations at the Business Department of the University of Bologna. Federico was admitted to the bar in 1994. He is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts since 2008.
Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Federico gained over 25 years of experience in a prominent Italian firm.
