Giuseppe has extensive experience in banking and financial law (especially in relation to loans and derivatives). He assists clients in capital market transactions with regards to financial market regulations, as well as, more generally, with commercial and corporate law matters, also providing assistance in the litigation and bankruptcy contexts.
In 2021, following a selection, he was included by the European Commission in the list of individuals (among which 8 Italians) who may be appointed as arbitrators in disputes between Third Countries and the European Union according to the relevant commercial treaties concluded between them.
He graduated in law from the Università Federico II of Naples in 1989, where he then obtained a two-year specialization in Commercial Law in 1991, and an LLM in Banking and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in 1998.
He has been a lawyer since 1993 and is qualified to practice before the higher courts.
He lectures in several master’s degree courses and university seminars and is frequently invited to speak at conferences also abroad. He has published numerous articles in specialized journals on Banking and Corporate Law.
He is a member of numerous. international bar associations, including IBA – International Bar Association, Associazione italiana LSE Alumni, AEDBF – Associazione Europea di Diritto Bancario e Finanziario, UIA – Union International des Avocats.
