Guido Palombi

Guido has 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate/M&A, commercial contracts, energy, real estate and privacy/data protection, also serving as Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Guido counts among his clients important industrial and financial players, both Italian and foreign, whom he assists both on an ongoing basis and in extraordinary transactions.

After graduating from law school in 2005, he received his LL.M. degree from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago (USA). He was admitted to the Bar in 2008.

Prior to joining Ughi and Nunziante, Guido gained extensive experience at leading firms.
