Linda Favi

Linda has extensive experience in tax law, also at international and EU level . She assists private and corporate clients, particularly multinational groups and financial institutions, also in the field of estate and succession planning.

She is a lecturer at the University Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where she collaborates regularly with the chair of tax law at the Faculty of Economics and Business.

Linda regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars in Italy and abroad and has published over the years in collected works and in specialized journals.

After graduating from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Linda received an LL.M. degree in International Taxation from the University of Leiden in 2000, a license to practice law in 2003 and a Ph.D. degree in European Tax Law from the University of Bologna in 2005.

She is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
