Riccardo is an expert in labor law and has extensive experience in all aspects of labor relations management, including corporate restructuring operations, incentive plans, non-competition agreements, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals and related litigation.
After graduating in 2008 from the University of Perugia, Riccardo was admitted to practice law in 2011 and holds a PhD in Economic Law.
He is scholar (cultore della materia) in labor law at Unitelma Sapienza and author of numerous publications in Italian journals dedicated to the business world.
