Roberto Munhoz De Mello

Roberto focuses on civil and commercial litigation, domestic and cross-border. He particularly follows disputes in contract law and arising out of torts. He has also gained experience in competition and antitrust law litigation, as well as bankruptcy litigation.

He received a PhD in civil procedural law from the University of Milan and has held a research grant in civil procedural law from the same university.

He is licensed to practice law in Italy and Brazil.
