Francesco joined Ughi e Nunziante in 2019 and focuses on intellectual and industrial property rights, and in particular on copyright and related rights, trademarks, domain names and unfair competition.
He graduated with full marks at the University of Naples Federico II, and in 2016 he attended the A.I.G.I. National School of Specialization for In-House Counsels in Milan.
Francesco was admitted to the bar in Naples in 2016.
In 2018, he obtained a master in Intellectual Property Law at Just Legal Services, Milan.
He is a member of the Italian Sports Lawyer Association since 2013, and he is the author of several publications on sports justice.
Before joining the Firm, he gained a significant experience in the field of trademarks and trade names, banking and financial services, medical responsibility, Italian insolvency law proceedings, energy consumers rights.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
