Giacomo Rognoni

Giacomo joined Ughi e Nunziante at the end of 2020, following nearly five years of experience in primary Italian Law Firms.

At the beginning of 2016, He graduated in Law at the University of Pavia, with a thesis dedicated to dismissals for objective reasons.

Immediately after graduating, Giacomo entered the legal profession, and gained experience in corporate legal consulting, in civil law litigation, and, above all, in employment law, with a focus on dismissal, contracts and agreements, transfer of company branch and demotion.

He practices in the area of Employment Law in both judicial and out-of-court matters, with a particular focus in the events of dismissal.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
