Riccardo joined Ughi e Nunziante in 2017 after working with leading Italian law firms in Milan; he is mainly based in the Rome office.
Riccardo assists clients on all aspects of employment law, including corporate restructuring, incentive plans, non-compete covenants, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals and litigation before Italian Courts.
After graduating in 2008 at the University of Perugia, Riccardo was admitted to the bar in 2011 and earned a PhD in Economics Law with a dissertation on Industrial relations after the “Fiat case”.
He is an expert in employment law at the Unitelma Sapienza in Rome, and the author of several publications on Italian reviews dedicated to the world of business.
He is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
