Roberto Munhoz De Mello

Roberto joined Ughi e Nunziante in 2019 after a 10 years of experience in an prominent Italian law firm.

His practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation, national and cross-border, with emphasis on contractual and tort disputes. He is also experienced in unfair competition and antitrust litigation as well as bankruptcy litigation.

Roberto is admitted to practice in Italy and in Brazil.

He holds a PhD in civil procedure from the University of Milan and was a fellow researcher in civil procedure at the same institution.

He is fluent in Italian, Portuguese and English.
