As of July 2013, Cristina Baglioni will join the Rome office of Ughi e Nunziante as partner.
Cristina Baglioni specializes in labour law, industrial relations and labour disputes. She used to be partner at LabLaw, and has also worked with Prof. Scognamiglio and with Vesci Law Firm, as well as at Ughi e Nunziante as associate. She was formerly counsel at several governmental authorities such as the Department for Equal Opportunities at the Premiership, the Ministry of Labour and the Supervising Bodies, and has worked as manager of the legal and labour department of ANITA, a trade association for transportation of Confindustria (the Confederation of Italian Industries) still active today.
- Baglioni will reinforce the Firm’s labour practice, currently covered by partner Davide Boffi and his team at the Milan office.
Roberto Leccese, partner at the Rome office, said:
“Cristina’s entry represents another important step in the Firm’s growth strategy, which follows the recent partnerships of Agostino Clemente, Laurence Bulan, Ilaria Fava and – as far as the Milan office is concerned – of Andrea Ughi and Davide Boffi. Due to the recent partnerships, the firm has nearly doubled the number of partners in just over two years. We are certain that the arrival of Cristina, whose professional and humane skills we have come to appreciate and know while working with her in the past, will be a success”.
Ughi e Nunziante currently counts 14 partners.
