GIOVANNI A. SAGRAMOSO JOINS UGHI E NUNZIANTE AS PARTNER

Giovanni A. Sagramoso joins Ughi e Nunziante as a partner at its Milan office. Luisella Barbero and Alberto Anelli, senior associate, joined the studio with him.

Sagramoso began his career with Gianni Origoni in the Milan and New York offices, developing significant international experience. Subsequently he was a partner of Annunziata e Associati.

Expert in commercial, corporate, financial and real estate law, he assisted in court and advised listed companies, banks and financial intermediaries also in the context of extraordinary transactions. He also has relevant experience in the alternative energy sector, in particular in operations for the acquisition and construction of plants in Italy and abroad.

Luisella Barbero and Alberto Anelli  bring their significant skills in insurance law, banking and financial markets, corporate law, as well as civil, commercial and bankruptcy law in general.
