Ughi e Nunziante at the Franco-Italian Day of the International Bar Association

Ughi e Nunziante and Mr. Marcello Gioscia are part of the organizing committee of the second edition of the Franco-Italian Day, which will be held in Paris on 30 November 2012 under the aegis of the International Bar Association (IBA); the previous edition was successfully held in Milan on 18 November 2011.

Prof. Piero Bernardini, of counsel at Ughi e Nunziante and president of the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA), will attend as speaker.

At the Rome office of Ughi e Nunziante there is a French desk led by partner Laurence Bulan, Avocat à la Cour, previously head of the legal department of Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies in France and who has worked in Italy over the last 14 years.
