Ughi e Nunziante counsel to Itochu in its investment in Greenvision Ambiente

Ughi e Nunziante represented ITOCHU Corporation and ITOCHU Europe PLC in their 43% investment in Greenvision Ambiente Photo-Solar S.r.l., a company engaged in the development of photovoltaic plants.

Greenvision Ambiente, an Italian industrial group active in the manufacture and management of renewable resources power generation plants and in the manufacture of environment-friendly products for industrial applications, had consolidated revenues in 2007 of Euro 185 million and in the first nine months of 2008 of Euro 170 million.

ITOCHU is a Japanese group active in general trading, and had consolidated revenues in fiscal year 2008 (which closed in March) of USD 28,5 billion.
