Ughi e Nunziante issuer’s counsel in the initial public offering of d’Amico International Shipping

Ughi e Nunziante founder Gianni Nunziante and partner Giuseppe De Falco represented d’Amico International Shipping S.A., a Luxembourg company, in its initial combined primary and secondary public offering of ordinary shares and listing on the Italian stock exchange, STAR segment.
This was the first “European passport” listing in Italy of a non-Italian company not listed in its home country.
