Filippo Bodo

Filippo joined the Firm in 2024 and is specialized in labour law, union law and industrial relations.
Filippo has worked for leading national and international law firms providing both in-and-out-of-court assistance to Italian and foreign clients in relation to various aspects related to the management of employment relationships, agency contracts, including service contracts, incentive plans, retention bonuses, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, assistance with individual and collective dismissal procedures, transfer of undertakings, negotiations with trade unions and drafting of plant-level collective agreements.
Filippo graduated in law at the Luigi Bocconi University in 2011, and is a registered at Milan Bar.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
